1. Institutional Framework & Purpose

Kalika Academy is a 10-year-old educational institution located opposite to NPS in Singhanayakanahalli, Yelahanka, Bengaluru, dedicated to complete learning: Academic Foundation & Board Prep (Preschool to 12th Grade), Personalized Academic Mentorship, Abacus & Vedic Maths, Brain Development, Coding & Robotics, Arts & Crafts, and Language Mastery. Enrollment in any academic stream signifies agreement to these Terms of Enrollment.

2. Non-Discrimination Policy

Kalika Academy admits students of any race, color, national origin, ethnic origin, religion, gender, and socio-economic background to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the Academy. We strictly prohibit discrimination in educational policies, admissions, and all academy-administered programs.

3. Child Protection & Safe Learning Environment

The safety, dignity, and psychological well-being of our students are paramount. Our educators adhere to strict child protection guidelines:

• All staff undergo rigorous identity, background, and pedagogical verification.
• Classroom and digital sessions are structured with zero tolerance for bullying, harassment, or verbal intimidation.
• In line with our Lotus Bud philosophy, students are nurtured with patient, positive reinforcement.

4. Academic Integrity & Attendance

Students enrolled in school board coaching (CBSE, ICSE, Karnataka State Board) are expected to attend scheduled sessions regularly, complete workbook exercises, and participate in periodic evaluations. Progress reports are shared transparently with parents on a monthly basis.

5. Fee Transparency & Refund Guidelines

All academic fees, course materials, and examination prep costs are clearly communicated prior to enrollment with zero hidden surcharges. Refund requests submitted prior to the commencement of a batch are processed in full, less nominal administrative processing fees.
