We collect only information directly necessary to provide educational instruction, assess linguistic progress, manage board exam coaching, and communicate with families:

• Student Information: Name, age, grade level, school board (CBSE/ICSE/State), and academic assessment records.
• Parent / Guardian Information: Full name, verified mobile number, email address, and residential neighborhood in Bengaluru.
• Zero Commercial Data Selling: Kalika Academy NEVER sells, rents, leases, or monetizes student or parent personal information to third parties or advertising brokers under any circumstance.

Our web portal at kalika.win is secured by Cloudflare Edge Web Application Firewall (WAF), strict TLS 1.3 encryption, and Authenticated Origin Pulls (AOP). All digital educational databases and communications are stored with enterprise-grade encryption.

5. Parental Rights & Access to Records

Parents and legal guardians maintain the right to review their child's educational records, request corrections to personal details, or request deletion of non-essential records upon completion of academic programs. Requests may be directed to our administrative registrar.
